Once you have decided to go ahead with our care services, you will receive a personalised care plan tailored to your individual needs. We will send you a weekly rota telling you which of our care staff are coming and when.
All our customers and their families can acess visit records in real time via our dedicated web portal. You can see which carers have logged in and what tasks they have completed.
All of our Carers are directly employed by us, trained to our standards and undergo extensive checks, including a criminal record (enhanced DBS) check.
We will always do our best to send you regular Carers, and if there are any changes to your rota we will let you know.
Once care has started, one of our team will visit regularly to check that you're happy with the service, and that the care is still meeting your needs.
As we are registered with the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England, you can feel confident that you and your loved ones are in safe hands.
